Saehi Han, Ph.D in Management, has over 30 years of business experiences with 18 years in leadership roles in diverse industries and global business environment, working and studying in Europe for 15 years and visiting over 50 countries.
He helped talent identification/development, leadership/team development and cultural change of Microsoft, AMD, Exxon Mobil, Dell, Sanofi-Aventis, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Dow Chemical, Servier, Monsanto, KB Financial Group, RBS, Doosan, Samsung, LG, POSCO, FMC, Hoganas, as well as the Blue House (Korean Presidential Palace) and KNOC (Korea National Oil Corporation) etc.
Saehi moved to Belgium in 1984 as the president of Chunghaejin Corporation, a Korea-Belgium joint-venture in trading, and led diverse international business development projects overseeing 5 offices across borders in Asia and Europe.
He received a BS in Management and an MBA from Solvay Business School in University of Brussels (VUB) as well as a Ph.D in Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from Korea Maritime University.
Saehi has written over 80 articles/dissertations on leadership, culture and organizational development.
Saehi speaks Korean, English and French currently, but he has also learned Japanese, Spanish and Dutch through his earlier career, and taught Human Resource Management at Kosin University in Korea.
Saehi is also a strategy expert who created the e-StrategyMapper™, an innovative management software tool, enabling leaders to develop a Strategy Map just in 2 days in order to align the leadership, strategy and culture of their organization through strategic and systemic change management.
