Fred van Bree ist der Gründer von FourWings B.V., einem Unternehmen spezialisiert in Coaching, HR Beratung und Interim Management.

In seiner erfolgreichen 30jährigen Karriere in Human Resources Management war er tätig für multinationale Unternehmen in USA und Europa.

Die Entwicklung und Einführung von weltweiten und lokalen Human Resources Strategien, Projekten, Werkzeugen und Instrumenten gehört zu seiner umfassenden Erfahrung.

Nach 10 Jahren bei The Foxboro Company trat Fred van Bree Corrugated Europe, einem Joint Venture in der Wellpappenindustrie, bei. Nach 5 Jahren verließ er die Organisation und arbeitete zwei Jahre in seinem eigenen Unternehmen als HR Interim Manager. Leica Microsystems bot jedoch eine neue Herausforderung an als Vice President Global Human Resources. Nach mehr als zehnjähriger Dienstzeit bei Leica Microsystems entschied er sich Ende 2007, als unabhängiger Berater zu Coaching, HR Beratung und Interim Management zurückzukehren.

Fred van Bree is founder of FourWings, a company specialised in Coaching, HR Consulting and Interim Management.

He has more than 30 years experience in Human Resources executive management positions in U.S. and European multinational corporations and Not-for-Profit sector (NGO’s).

Fred brings an extensive experience in developing and implementing global and local human resources strategies, projects, tools and instruments.

After 10 years with the Foxboro Company, Fred joined Corrugated Europe, a Joint Venture in the corrugated board industry as HR Director. After 5 years he left the company, started his own business and worked for 2 years as HR Interim Manager. Leica Microsystems however offered a new challenge as VP Global HR. After more than ten years in Leica Microsystems at the end of 2007, he decided to go back to coaching and HR consulting and interim management as independent consultant.
